The Premium Safety Safeguard — $295/mo: Our focused, standalone safety oversight. During two scheduled biweekly visits each month, your Senior Home Safety Specialist® conducts a thorough 240-point Age Safe® America home safety assessment to identify physical risks and deliver a standardized 0–100 Age Safe® Home Score™ after each visit.
The Independence & Upkeep Plan — $495/mo: Our full-spectrum plan combining certified safety oversight with active, hands-on hazard mitigation. On every visit, we address wet-floor slip hazards, secure loose cords, move frequently used items to a safer, reachable height (at the resident’s direction, where it reduces a fall or strain hazard), and confirm that emergency-alert devices are charged and connected.

(Comprehensive Home Safety Oversight & Proactive Hazard Mitigation)
Everything in the Premium Safety Safeguard, plus the hands-on work that keeps the home continuously safer:
Proactive hazard mitigation — we don't just find hazards, we resolve them on the spot: clearing walkways, applying non-slip protection, securing rugs, and reducing trip hazards
Extended visit time — up to two hours per visit for the hands-on hazard work
Before-and-after hazard logging — photo verification of each hazard resolved, in your safety report
Safe-reach repositioning — everyday items moved to safer, reachable heights (at the resident's direction)
Family Connection Check — we confirm the phones or devices your family uses to reach your loved one are working
Continuous protection between visits — hazards are actively resolved, not just documented, so the home gets safer over time

Your visit schedule — so you always know when the next visit is coming
You decide who sees it. You choose which family members or trusted contacts receive your reports — whether that’s a daughter three states away or a son across town. Only the people you designate get your information, and you can update that list anytime. It’s peace of mind for the whole family, wherever they are.
Your privacy is protected. Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with outside marketing companies. Reports and home photos are limited to safety documentation — never medical information — and are shared only with you and the contacts you authorize.
